utilized ‘Work from Home’ to enhance
your competency
Enhancement of My
competency during ‘Work from Home’
This is a new experience for me that I
knew different type of Activities other than the teaching that, the materials
and the skill as the teachers, we
are all should adopting new methods and
trends. The time gave me the opportunity
to make use of the training/s I’ve
gained in academic years especially
TALP Training gave much more ideas, plans to use
Educational Techniques and various methods
for developing our teaching process. It is quite sure that we can make
use of those training techniques to bring some what changes in our Teaching process.
In our Block
during this period we got a chance to make Video lesson on a particular
topic and this gave different type of experience by seeing and comparing our colleagues
videos and It reflected each of us how
we can change our attitudes. So many of
my colleagues presented different types of
video lessons which were to be
followed by everyone.
This period also gave us an opportunity to give on line lessons through Google meet app during
May Last week to third week of June.
For this purpose one of our Colleagues shared all the ppts which were
so attractable and easy to describe the topic.
Hence we are
all thankful to
Him who made our work very
easy. By performing this on line class,
we gained how we can contact many our friends and colleagues and
sharing our experiences. In
this “Work From Home Assignment” we
took Google meet conference
call and made plan to fulfill all the
assignments. I feel this meet provided the
best solutions to all of us. It cleared the doubts.
This period also taught us how can we maintain clean, hygiene
and Social distance and It also
emphasize our duty towards our family as well as to the society. This period also confirmed that we can make
all types of work other than teaching.
It also provided to
adjust our attitude and mood according to the situation.
During this period we also
enhanced to call
our students and stressed them to study and work hard and
making necessary preparations
in view of exam.
We’ d shared all our views And had cleared the doubts of
our students. Without visiting
our students face to face we trained them through the technical
media.
We also participated
SSLC Exams and Evaluation
which conducted under SOP (Standard Operating Procedure ), this too has given us different type of
experience. Anyhow I’ve got
different techniques, methods
and easy way of performing the undertaking work. Hence including me all of
the teachers are thankful to the
department and to the officers as well.
